The orto digitalno laboratory
A digital laboratory providing high-quality, customised orthodontic appliances, specialised exclusively in orthodontics.
The whole process is based on intraoral scans and other digital data. Appliances are designed with advanced CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing, selected parts are adapted by hand, and every appliance is finally carefully finished and polished.
3D designed and printed appliances
Rapid maxillary expanders (RME), bone-anchored appliances, TPA, Hybrid Hyrax, lingual arches, Herbst and anti-snoring devices.
Surgical guides and diagnostics
Surgical guides for mini-implants based on CBCT/scans, and 3D printed study models.

Quality control
Every appliance undergoes visual, dimensional and functional inspection, checking conformity with the design, cleanliness, stability and suitability of the materials used. The appliance is released for use by the person responsible for quality.
Traceability
Every appliance is documented and linked on the platform to the order for the individual patient. We record the materials used (with LOT numbers), the date of manufacture and who carried out each phase.

Ordering via the digital platform
Appliances and services are ordered through a digital platform that provides full traceability of every order.
- several users / orthodontists can order under one account
- every step, from placing the order to delivery, is visible in real time
- prices are shown directly on the platform
- at the end of the month the system automatically prepares and sends the invoice
The final price of an appliance also depends on additional components and is shown after selecting the variant, before the order is confirmed.
About
My work connects clinical knowledge with digital organisation: leading a team, developing laboratory processes, websites and the platform, and introducing AI tools for repetitive work.
I am Bojana’s husband and a father of five.

Leadership and community: I have led two associations, an oratory programme (40 animators, 120 children) and the national event Dnevi mladih – Križ kraž mladih (800 participants), and co-organised a municipal New Year’s Eve programme.
Alongside this I work on AI systems and automation, and on creating websites, video and audio.
